David Aaronson

David Aaronson has been an active member of Temple Israel of Hollywood (TIOH) for over 30 years. He has served several terms as a trustee of the TIOH board and was a past Treasurer. David served many years on the Hillside Council board and chaired the Marketing Committee. He was a member of the TIOH cohort of Synagogue 2000, and started an adult, lay-person led weekly Torah Study, which is in its 27th as of 2025. David has also created and facilitated several interfaith programs as part of the Union of Reform Judaism’s Outreach Fellow program. He is a past President of the Metro Region of the LA Jewish Federation and past Supper Sunday chair for two consecutive years. He is a past President of the Westside Jewish Community Center and all of the JCC's in Los Angeles. He is a founding board member and former chair of theatre dybbuk. David's early Jewish formative years were spent at Camp Alonim and Brandeis-Bardin Institute. David owns and manages Digital Inbound, an Internet marketing company. Born in Shorewood, WI just north of Milwaukee, David grew up in Milwaukee, the Bronx, Los Angeles, and Chicago, until he returned to Los Angeles over fifty years ago.
